i just bought 2009 acura tl and everytime i turned my car on its keep saying USER 2 .. is there any way i can set it to USER 1 .. . btw is there any link for DIY for this one ? cuz i looking for some mode to do with it. thanks for all the help guys

 

You are using keyfob #2. I'm sure you can reprogram it.

 

oh okay i got it ... cuz on the back it said driver 2 .. well the dealer said they dont have the orther one... so thanks bro !!!

 

Beat the dealer up for another fob; they'll usually give one up.

BTW, if this was an Acura CPO, go back and tell 'em to give your another key; make it, order it, whatever - free of charge. 2 Fobs is part of the CPO checklist.

Might be 2 fobs and a valet key.

 

The other one is probably trashed and worn out. Haha

Yeah, these are pretty expensive so try to get one from the dealer.

 

Maybe so lol but i paid for the key replacements and it only 195 dollars for 5 years . So im gonna call them and get new one
