If you're slammed, there's no way 245's will fit. I'm not even sure the 235's will work. My 225's are 1-2mm from my rolled fenders.

For anyone thinking about getting the +20, do not get them with 235 tires. It's been such a pain trying to get it just right.

I Have some minor rubbing on freeway dips so I trimmed the tab where the fender meets the bumper, removed some of the fender liner, and just had my fronts rolled, but now my driver front tire is getting shredded on dips. By removing some of the fender liner (only 1" wide by 2" long), it exposed the trimmed tab and its super sharp even after sanding

Now I'm going to look into putting a relief cut at that fender bumper area and try to roll the last inch of fender where it's cutting. Anyone have pics or advice on this? I know a few people have done it

And the worst part is that I'm not even that low

For pages beyond pages...we been trying to say this over and over... Sorry to hear you are having problems. But for those who have gone with 235's it really depends also on one manufacture to another. Why? I have no idea, it just does. From one to another maybe a 1/8 clearance difference, which in most cases...Means everything in fitment.

On another note, for those who wanted and inquired on the 5 hole drilled 530's like mine, contact sgmotoring here on AZ. (let e m know I ref ya ) They are also looking into being a sponsored member here due to the overwhelming interest in these wheels. Thanks!

You have got to be kidding me...after all that, Josh, you too? You're moving on? Is that a side effect of getting cheap enough wheels that you don't lose much by selling them and moving on to others? Aside from a bad balance, I've had NO inkling to move on from my set. Maybe I'm just a picture and not a wheel whoooorreeee...

sockr1, this is for you, as promised (slight delay, sorry about that).
My fender inside front tab...not pretty, but gets the job done and can't be seen. I added a bunch of touchup paint on that area after the picture was taken too.

Ahhhhhhhhhh... Thats for me too, at least FYI. Because I have always wonder what u guys refer to when u say "Tab" in the fender. Now I see what u are referring to. I always referred to it as a lip of sort. Like when explaining how I grind mine down some. But that is quite a chink there removed. I shaved the tab some and was done. Everything remains OEM looking in full structure.

as far as moving on and tired of the set up...I think it may be more then just the set up and more of just moving on...In general all together is more like it. I guess I have lost the FIRE and SPARK my TL use to bring me

Sounds good Josh...I actually didn't cut it off. I just put a relief cut where it goes from fender to the lip for the bumper cause that part was too hard to hammer, then I hammered it flat. Mine looks totally stock too, no?

Do you guys think this would be okay. 18x8.75 +35 with 255/35/18 all the way around. Currently have a mild drop on Tein springs but might go lower with coilovers later. What do think. Would I have any issues? The 255 tire is about .79 inch wider than 235/40/18's.

On avg...There is a difference from one manufacture to another...I found that out with my TERMINATOR COBRA Mustang when switching my rear tires from fat ass steam rollers from BFG's to some off name brand I don't remember...But they were stretched rather then the love handle bulge the BFGs had.

That's true. I've experienced the same with BFG's and Continental the Conti's were not as wide. I think in general the Conti's run narrow and they are the tires I plan on using with the XXR's so that should help with clearance I'm just worried they may still rub I'd rather not do any fender rolling.

Im running 255's on TL-S rims right now. I like the aggressive look a wide tire gives. If I can get that with 18's it'd be perfect for me. My backup plan would be as you suggested, 235's.

Do you think the bulge would be that bad. The recommend rim width is 8.5 - 10 so I wouldn't think it would be very noticeable.

I know folks are running 215/225 on a 9" rim and it looks awesome....since you are not slammed and are dropped, I recommended 235....if you think you want to go 255, then go for it dude, its your car, your dime

Besides Dennis/John/Vlad who are running a 9"+ width can direct you better

Whats up guys, got my set mounted this weekend. I am very satisfied with the wheels, especially the finish.. These are the 18x9.75 +20 all around..

Also for those getting these, don't forget to get hub centric rings 64.1 to 73mm. Also stock lugs will not work with these, you will need some that are extended a bit or slimmer to get the socket over without scratching the wheels.. I will get some shots with my DSLR once I get my A-Spec on in a week or so.. Any way, on to the pics.. I think I will end up dropping the front just a tad more..

^Looks great! You've got to be rubbing like crazy up front with the 9.75" and 225 tire.

Thanks John! Yes there is some slight rubbing.. But honestly not too bad.. My fenders are rolled a good amount tho from my last setup.. I am looking to get them pulled so I can go a tad lower.. Do you guys know if body shops do this as a service, or should I just give it a shot.?

I did roll mine with a broom stick and a heat gun which worked pretty well, but for this more aggressive fitment I think a pull is in order.. Any ideas on how to get it done?

LOL @ the broomstick rolling. If you can't find a shop that has a real fender roller, you can rent them online.
