^ Yes, they will fit our TLs, that is this thread its all about. Take a look at all of the photos and comments. Acura will discontinue this wheel model, that is the main reason for the cheap price.

just added 20mm spacers in the back and moved the 15mm to front. makes a huge difference IMO.

I can't believe that you can get away with a 20mm spacer with no roll! I had to roll the crap out of my fenders and dremel the rear bumper where the tires rubbed just to fit a 15mm spacer. Keep in mind I have an Accord. You could probably run 35mm spacer easy with a roll.

I'm really considering these wheels now. I just bought an Anthracite 06 TL this weekend and I'm loving your look.

What % tint do you have?

Also, I see everyone talking about dropping it? How difficult (I guess expensive, is the more appropriate word for me) is that to do? I'll admit I'm a big time newbie when it comes to cars. Is that A-Spec suspension I see everyone talking about for the sake of a drop?

Drops range from ~$250 for just springs to all the way up to ~3K+ for air suspension. There is an option in everyones price range. It all depends on the look/ride your going for.

I personally like the "it came from the factory like that" look, so I wouldn't go more them 1-1.5 inch drop. But thats just me, some guys love to slam their rides! Check out some of the other threads in this forum, tons and tons of information on various suspension setups!

Meh, I've read horror stories about running spacers but you always have to consider the human element. Were they put on properly and torqued to proper specs? I've had them for over three months without issues. The few times I've had the wheels off I torque the bolts and all good. None are even close to coming loose when I checked them. Another buddy of mine runs TSX wheels on his Accord with 15mm front 25mm rear for almost a year. No issues, so these horror stories don't concern me.

have had spacers on my stock wheels (15mm up front and 20mm in the back) for about 6 months now and haven't had a problem. this is 6 months of mixed driving, so not always babying it.

Bogdan? are you serbian by any chance?

Romanian, actually. When you had them installed, what was the torquing value ? Did you have them re-torqued the second day? After that, how often did you check them ? Were they the "bolt-on" type or did you use your own original bolts (slip-on) ?

What brand is better ? Ichiba or H&R ?

huh I am serbian that's why I asked, and Bogdan is a very common serbian name.

I got spacers with built in studs so no I didn't use mine and I think they are about the same (H&R and Ichiba), same quality.
And I don't know if the torque values I just made sure they are tight. And then after a few weeks I checked if they were still tight and they were so I figured it was all good. I check them once a month from now on and they were always good.

I'm using the Ichiba V2 spacer with the built-in studs. I torqued down the spacer to the regular wheel specs (80 ft-lbs)

I'm in the process of possibly purchasing some 18" Aspecs. If the deal doesn't go through, I'm going to order these and the spacers.

Then I'll at least have until Spring to save for tires w/out the wife noticing.

I'm thinking about getting these but how much heavier are these compared to stocks. I just sold my 20" chrome rims so I'm hoping these 19s are lighter than the 20s.

thanks tiggaman! the front rubs a little only when i pull out of my driveway, other than that, no.

i think the extended lugs are for looks only but i could be wrong. just curious if anyone had them with these wheels.

Well I sold my 20's last night and looking for the polished "chrome look" 19s with tires. Does anybody know how much a rim/tire package is going for. I PM'd Tim but he hasn't gotten back with me.

Crazy thing is tires will probably end up costing you more then the wheels themselves.

I just checked ebay, and im still finding deals for under $600 for a full set.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ACURA...Q5fAccessories

your probably looking at ~700 for a decent set of tires.

With OEM rims, you would ONLY want to use ball seat. I've never seen ball seat extended lugs. (open or closed end).

Not saying they dont exist or anything. I looked for aftermarket lugs for mine a while back, and couldnt find annodized or extended lugs in ball seat. throw a link up if you know of any.

^^^ white TL with blacked out headlights has spacers, look at the top of the page. (since that car has spacers, it doesn't matter if it's auto or MT).

Both will work fine but I went with 225/40/19 for the taller sidewall.

Hey, I got the RDX wheels with 235/45/19 - with Ichiba 15mm adapters in the back and front - they rub in the back ... when I go over rough road

How do you "roll" the fenders ? They're metal, do you bend them ? Do you trim them off ? With what ?

Agreed! I've Never heard of such a fitment working on our cars.. they have to be some pretty MEATY tires!

Even without a drop, the 45 sidewall will cause rubbing, not to mention your speedometer will be off a bit.

If i were you i'd go with a 35 series (recommended) or 40 series (max) sidewall.. you wont have to roll fenders, your speedo will be fine, and i think the overall appearance will look much nicer!

Dying to see pics though! Good luck!
