Offset for flush look?

Whats the maximum offset possible to run on 18x9 without having the wheels stick out like accord w/ daytons in that bad movie with Tyrese.

18x9 +30 will not make you flush. I was pretty low and I had more to go to get flushed. I would say low 20 offset or maybe even in high tens...

https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-tires-wheels-suspension-97/what-19-specs-will-give-you-flush-look-info-here-731898/

that was my thread.... depends if you have rolled fenders or stretched tires. If you want the flush look WITHOUT rubbing, you are going to have to stretch your tires.

According to my math, an 18x9 wheel needs a +16 offset to be flush. Might want to put a 215/40-18 tire on there.

Bada bing bada boom. Thank you kind sir. I'm not looking to dump it and stretch the tires much, already have 245/40-18's for it but I wanted to make sure if I ran +25-30 offset that I wouldn't be sticking out since I don't want to run redic camber.

Utilizing the search feature here…

Will an 18x9 +38 with a 245/40/18 tire work without rolling the fenders? I’m on the A-Spec suspension. Also, is a 245 series tire too narrow for a 9 inch wide wheel? I don’t want to go with the “stretched” look or bump the tire size up to 255.

I ran a 18x9 +23 in the front with a 225/40/18 it was pretty flush. For the rear +16 would be good like Brian said. Just my

245 will work on the 9 inch. I would assume you'll be close to rubbing. How much camber do you have? I'm interested also if anyone has this setup

Wouldn't the 225 series tire on a 9" wide wheel be stretched?

Off the top of my head, I don't know my camber settings. I currently have 18x8 A Spec wheels with 235/40/18 tires and have no issues. I'm ok with that wheel width/tire size combo and was assuming 9" wide wheels with a 245 tire would achieve a similar look and hopefuly not rub the fenders.
