don't know about the edfc, but the coilovers are fairly simple if you have the right tools (breaker bar, ratchet + extension, jack, jack stands, torque wrench)

I removed my rear seats one day and installed the coilovers the next day.

EDFC is a bitch lol, glad I had Marcus to do it. I was super hungover when I brought it to him that morning and trying to watch him do all that wiring was making my head spin haha. Anyways hes is a professional who has done it many times and it still took him a while. I don't remember how long exactly, 1-2 hours maybe, all I know for sure is it probably would have taken me all day lol

Coilovers can be done by a diy'er.

EDFC...professionals only.

If you have patience and want to learn. THats all you need! The motivation is what drives the novice to do these projects. I myself have installed many suspension kits for various car manufacturers. So have been in the novice stage and my motivation and wanting to learn always made it happen. Now (on suspension) I can install much faster, and know the tricks to popping ball joints out of lca's and tricks to make things much smoother. hope that helps!!!
