Is it true 6MTs already have 24mm rear sway bars? Of course they're not adjustable though, if they are that thickness. I read that a few places around here and just would like to get facts straight.
Edit: nvm, more searching pwns me https://acurazine.com/forums/showpos...86&postcount=3
That is a nice looking bar, pretty simple to install? I was just going over my F/R suspension the other day making sure things were sound for my upcoming state inspection and it looks like the RSB is quite easy to change.
Off to the 3G garage to do some homework....
Benefit much on stock suspension in good shape? Corners on spirited drives are already pretty damn stable, rear end stays basically flat and just confidently follows the rest of the car. I can imagine this bar would make a significant improvement.

i have one and although it was a pain in the ass to install, it was well worth it.
other people probably had less trouble installing it compared to me, but me and a friend spent a good 3-5 hours just trying to toss and turn the new bar in. removing the old bar was easy as cake. we had the rear 2 tires off and 1 jack stand on each side of the car. clearance to twist and turn the new 24mm bar was barely there!
managed to get it installed, but my rear sway bar also has a gajillion scratch marks from trying to slide it in place.

if you think your car corners flat and you still have stock suspension and stock sway bar than you'll be in for a surprise once you get this sway bar installed...

I found a few DIY's, doesn't sound too bad.

install was simple. my brother, with a little bit of my help, had the RSB installed in less than an hour. took one wheel off and car up on jack stands. (see 3G garage for install DIY tips/guides). justnspace can chime in with his RSB on stock set up and maybe a few others. i already had aspec suspension installed. this is one girl

I'm confused. The description says 99-08 Acura TL, 01-03 Acura CL. Put me down for one if it's for the 3G TL. If I buy 2, can I save on shipping? Put both into one box?

hopefully more research has found your stock sway bar for a 6MT is 20mm NOT 24 mm. so the progress bar is a huge upgrade.

Thanks for the input, I think this is going to be my first real modification.

I had a rsb on my last car, a 99 maxima. Made a night and day difference in stability when changing lanes on the highway and cornering in general.

BTW, you have to enter the promo code in all lowercase letters. Copy and pasting the code did not work for me.
