+25 offset...will this work on a 5AT?

Ok, I got a set of G-games wheels, but they sent out the wrong bolt pattern. The only ones they have in 5x114 has a +25 offset....Will this work on a 5AT TL??? I'm still kind of lost as to what offset does to the look of the wheel....The ones in my garage right now are +35....Bah...lol

The wheels are X8, right? Then no, +25 will not fit.

I have managed to fit a 25mm wheel spacer on the stock rear rim and slammed on Tein SS without rubbing. That equals to a 8" wheel with +20mm offset. With a 8.5" +25mm offset wheel, it will be 1mm wider and you might be able to get it to fit with some fender rolling. This also depends on your tire size and how much you lower your car.

However, I do not think it would fit in the front.

JJaber - Lots of companies will not accept returns if you have mounted the wheels (whether they fit not not does not matter to them). If they can "see" that you mounted them (scratchs, read this forum, etc) they might not take them back. Sounds like you "might" be able to use a 10mm spacer to get an equivilant of 35mm offset. Is that an option?

He told me to try them on and if they don't fit just call him and they'll have them picked up....

I don't think i'm going to bother trying them on though....I may just get my money back and get the Comptech exhaust and some other stuff...

Using a 10mm spacer will bring the offset down. It'll be a 15mm offset with the 10 mm spacer, which will stick out even more....
