VSA and ABS light on
I have a 2005 acura tl and my vsa and abs lights went on. I had just changed the rotors and brake pads like 5 days ago but idint bleed them because i was tired lol. Car brakes good like it was before but idk. Ima have to bleed brakes later on and see if they go off. The lights didnt turn on when i turned on the car they turn on imediately after i put in gear. I might have to go to the dwaler to check the codes. In the mean time if anyone knows what can i do to see if lights go off i appreciate the help.

its either going to be the abs wheel sensor, or wheel bearing.
However, I would lean more towards the ABS wheel sensor.
Go to an autozone or pep boys and borrow their code reader so you can pull the codes. Just make certain it can read ABS codes since not all of them do.
Another thing to check is that the wiring to the abs sensors aren't ripped or anything.
Your brakes will work fine. Only thing is your ABS isn't working.
Since VSA works in tandem with the ABS wheel sensor. IF the ABS sensor cant get a reading it will trigger the VSA light.
I encountered this same problem not to long ago. My problem ended up being the wheel bearing that I must of damaged when I reinstalled my axle.
if you get the codes. Post it so we can help

Mine ended up being something to do with the brake fluid reservoir. I unplugged the cable going to the reservoir and the parking brake and vsa lights that were on my dash didn't come on any more. Now I just need to see if the float is stuck or I need a new sensor. Hope this helps.

I found the brake fluid was low. So I topped it off then the light went off for about a half a day. Paul found very slow leak in the left rear brake hose fitting which he of course tightened. Then the light came back on. He connected the code reader and came up with an 8401 speed sensor error which he had never seen before. Anyone know how to tell which ABS speed sensor that referred to?
