Transmission slip?

Back here again. My transmission has a hard transfer from 1st to 2nd, and 2nd to 3rd gear. It’s switches gears at at the correct rpm (2500) but it’s very ruff. Also I saw my transmission mounts were bad when I was changing out the motor mounts. Could this be the culprits or is the actual transmission going? Any answers help thanks

what color is the fluid? If it's not pinkish red you need to change it. Also highly recommend replacing pressure switches! If you have an 04-06 you have an internal filter that can be changed and will help shift quality a lot.

The fluid is good just recently changed. I’ll look into replacing the pressure switches! Also by internal filter do you mean the cabin air filter?

There is a orange colored transmission filter under a cover, under the engine air filter area under the hood. There are a few write ups on how to change it.
