Transmission running weird

So I replaced my old transmission because it literally broke inside completely and got 6 month warranty with this one (have like 3 month left) with 91k miles. Problem is I’m getting a stall from when I hit the gas and the transmission hooks on. For one the gas pedal becomes light, easy to press, you feel the car move after 1.5rpm. From idle (750) to 1.5 your just gassing it till it reaches it. My mechanic put the good computer and transmission doesn’t have a problem according to it. Now it does do it like 85% of the time. Randomly itll hook on from the get and you feel the pedal get tighter acceleration becomes truer and the car feels great. Also my tq conv might be going I’m getting turbine noises. Also have the infamous shutter. I am planning on asking for a replacement and just paying the swap but if anyone had this issue and maybe found a fix that’ll help if not I’ll just ask for a replacement

Abs speed sensor

Looks like the abs sensor was bad was throwing off acceleration making the car feel like it stalled and not hook right

Pedal get tighter? You realize the pedal isn't actually connected to the engine physically right? There is a spring and a sensor on the other end that you may want to look into replacing. Search for APP sensor replacement if you still have odd acceleration issues.
