This vibration occurs if i press somewhere medium gentle on the gas pedal, and the car vibrates and the gas pedal pushes back on a rattling motion, it's like the gears are flaring, this i usually fix it by pressing bit harder or relesing the gas pedal for a sec. I think there is something wrong with my trany doesn't change gears smoothly on gentle speeds!! I got about 95000km on it and i'm driving it like a granny!!

 

Sounds like the notorious "2nd-3rd gear tranny shutter" problem. If you search "transmission failure" you will find quite a few posts on here with information about this problem. A new transmission is typically the cure, as eventually it will fail completely. Not saying that is the case here, but it could definitely be a possibility.

What year is your TL?
