hmmm, I use a soft white t shirt dipped in soapy water to clean the inside of my tinted windows. wont scratch it...i recently had to clean off a bunch of soda because my friend is a dumb ass and exploded the can in the back seat.
First question. Did you put the moleskin on before you tinted? If you do have the moleskin on, odds are it's starting to remove itself from the wipers and that sticky stuff is the adhesive.
I just purchased a new kit and will reapply soon. If you did moleskin, I removed that sticky stuff with denatured alcohol. I have ceramic tints, was sort of weary about using it, but was planning on replacing the fronts where they were scratched anyway. The alcohol didn't cause any problem with MY tints and did remove the adhesive.
Not sure why the moleskin came off. I am meticulous about instructions and followed them to the letter. This time I will also use contact cement to insure a better bond, I can't think of any other product that may promote adhesion.

I am going to try the denatured alcohol and see what happens
Just test it on a small spot before you do the whole window. Like I said, my tints are the ceramic ones, and the alcohol caused no problems.
My guess is that this is the start of a bigger problem, where the entire moleskin starts rolling up on itself. It got pretty ugly. Mine happened with the drivers side first then the passenger, the two most used windows.
