A/C and Head light problem

So to begin, my A/C stopped working a couple days ago out of nowhere on my 2002 Acura TL. I try to turn it on and it'll say its on but nothing comes out. No hot or cold air nothing. And it's happened before but I'll just wait a bit and it'll come back but now it hasn't.
Now to the headlights. I had a family member work on my headlights not to long ago, and long story short he didn't glue the assembly properly and with a week if rain both headlights got flooded. I was able to take out the water but it took a while because of lack of time. The ballasts were filled with water as well since of course they are right under the assembly. So i took the water out and replaced the blown fuses. Lights WERE working until they started going out little by little. The only ones that still hasn't gone out seems to be my right high beam, and the turn signals and such. Even the left fog light went out too!
I really don't know what to do if i should buy a new assembly with ballasts and all or maybe just new ballasts or the bulbs. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

To be on the plus side.. Jus get a whole new HID kit. New igniter, ballast and bulbs. Maybe even consider new headlights to avoid the water problem again.

Also, are you using an HID kit for your fogs? If so, check for any water damage, if not, jus replace the bulbs.

so you have a known set of leaking headlight housings? ok, replace them if 1 attempt to seal has failed, see ebay

HID kit from any of our sponsors or elsewhere, $60-100-200 for a complete set for
both sides with 2 new ballast ignitors/invertors and new bulbs- all associated wires.
They will say conversion kit but dont worry- its only a swap-in of new parts for old to us.
no relay or other parts needed, maybe a few wire connectors is all.

35 watt ballast and bulb color 5000K =kelvin scale

I use HIDeXtra | HID, LED, Xenon Vehicle Headlight Kits & Bulbs
