Rebuilt trans still shifting hard?

I just had my auto trans rebuilt on my 07 TL. I notice that between almost every gear upshift the car lurches forward.

It is also very present when flooring it on the highway and it shifts gears.

Ive been back to the rebuilder twice now. First they said it was a computer glitch. Secondly said it was a pressure switch(didnt say which one), replaced and still happening.

It also makes a pretty audible clunk that shakes the car when shifting into drive.

Im bringing it back tomorrow to have them check the mounts... but I am worried it will turn out nothing. Theyre basically saying at this point that its an old car and the transmission is suppose to shift like that..

Anyone else have any ideas as to what this could be?... or if it is perhaps normal that our cars shift like this.

I had the trans rebuilt on my AV6 and purposely made it shift firmer by installing translab shift kit that fixes the valve body, and now using valvoline maxlife. It should be firm and not clunk. I'm surprised the rebuilder didn't find this during the rebuild. I also had my rear main seal changed out, hopefully you did that also.
