I have just started using the a/c since its been hot out. It's shifting really rough. Its not skipping gears or slipping. When i turn off the a/c the car seems to calm down. Is this something that just happens because the car is working harder when the a/c is on? I had a explorer and it seemed bogged down when the a/c was on but the car shifted fine.

 

I sometimes experience that too.
