Misfires in my 2007 Acura TL type S

Hello I知 new to the site and new to going under my hood, my extended warranty expired last year and about 9 months ago (130k) I started to have issues with the car. I changed out my starter, serpentine belt and pulley, harmonic balancer, timing belt (pulleys and tensioner) and my water pump, and my spark plugs just to round it out.
Since then I have been getting misfires codes P0300/ P0304/ P0302/ P0301/ P0303/ P0305/ P0306 in that sequence (sometimes I don稚 get 4/5/6) I tried unplugging the ignition coil connectors to hear the RPM change and only the front three change the back three don稚 change when disconnected. I have tried everything from redoing my timing belt, to checking all the vacuum seals, to swapping the coils and retrying then changing my plugs again and NOTHING WORKS!!! Please help!!!!

If the 3 rear coils don't affect the way the car idles when disconnected then that would be a starting point. Try swapping a known working coil from the front & use it on the rear and test each cylinder again.

Your 3rd cat could be clogged.

Constant misfire where you can feel it shake or it's the obd telling you? Since you're mostly having issues on the rear bank that could be a clogged firewall side primary cat or the 3rd cat.

Is no one else thinking that the TB install was off a tooth or 2?

Any updates to the fix?

I知 currently having the same issue but to my front (radiator side) bank 2 if I知 not mistaken. Seems to be no change when I pull the coils on bank 2, does change on all bank 1 cylinders. Did you ever find the issue? Ps. I have all new NGK coils and plugs and replaced both primary cats (bank 1 & bank 2) bank 1 was definitely bad (glowing red hot)

@Rican331 is long gone.

Do you even have spark or injector pulse on those cylinders? Did you do any repairs just before it began to misfire?
