Low washer fluid warning constant beeping!

I have a 08 TL, as my washer fluid get used up a warning appears on the dash telling me that the fluid is low which is great.

Now the problem is that as I'm driving the warning would go on and off constantly and each time that the warning comes on it also does that annoying beep. I found that if I'm on a uphill the warning comes on and on downhill it turns off. The cycle of the warning coming ON and OFF would continue until I fill my washer fluid reservoir. In my drive home tonight, the warning would come ON/OFF every 30 seconds which is extremely frustrating!

Anyone know if this is the normal behaviour, It's my first winter with the TL. It seems like the wash fluid level sensor is too sensitive on my car.

Thanks for any help!

Your low enough on fluid, and the liquid moves back and forth causing the sensor to alert you. Just buy a jug of windshield washer fluid, fill it up and you are good to go

If the reservoir is topped off and it does that then I would worry... but from how much I filled up my washer fluid yesterday (without the low washer fluid warning going off yet), you can easily fill that sucker up with 3/4 of a jug and have peace and quiet!

I guess I'll just keep the washer fluid topped up. Acura should of made the low washer fluid warning behave like the low fuel warning, where once it detects low fluid level the warning would remain on and not cycle back and forth just because fluid is sloshing around...

You could always just use more to empty it, so the level wont keep sloshing back and forth. It may just be a solid light now.
