The pressure plate, clutch disc and associated parts, also from LuK via RockAuto is available for $173.

Yes, especially for cars with manual transmissions. The only exception that would be if you want to race your car, then solid mounts might be more appropriate, but they will impart a certain amount of vibration to the car.
