Please help. I was at a stop light a few weeks ago and when I started accelerating, I notice my car would hesitate and the CEL and the exclamation with the triangle light would go on. I pulled over, restart the engine and only the CEL stays on and the car drives ok. The CEL would go away after driving 10-20 miles. It happened again today. I went to Autozone and the guy pulls a code 2138 - Failed APP Sensor and a P2197. Has anyone had this problem and what did you do to fix it?

In case anyone asks, I use only 91 octane from Shell and I make sure my gas cap is tight after I refill. At first, I thought this may be the problem but it wasn't.
