Exclamation Battery and programming issue

so i just got my car back from being repainted and it took several weeks. When i first turned the car on the RPMs where dropping and the engine was sputtering like the car was about to shut off by itself. The check engine light was on. I figured it has been sitting for so long the battery lost its charge and indeed that was the issue. After driving it for a few hours, it idled just fine. It started just fine. Drove it again in the mourning, perfect.

So then i disconnect the battery to reset it to get rid of the engine light which it did thankfully. But, after the battery sat for maybe 30 minutes disconnected it returned to sputtering. I took it for a lil drive and it came back fine. Should i get a new battery????

also, when i got the car back my key fobs didnt work, even the one that was sitting at home the whole time. I tried programming it but it didnt work...

another issue!!!! my back up sensors have a constant beep that i never heard before while it is still in reverse...like a fork lift kind of...they still work but the constant beeping in reverse is so annoying. I didnt install it. it came with the car used. Does any one know how to program backup sensors?

sorry for the long post and thank you for your patience
