I will save you some reading. This is caused by a faulty Purge Control Solenoid Valve 99% of the time. You need a new one. With that said, I do have a used Purge Control Solenoid Valve I will let go for $30 plus shipping. New ones run $110 via acuraoemparts. This Valve came out of my 2005 TL I parted out.
