VSA light, stuck in park, no brake lights

i have a 2005 Acura TL, 5AT 120k miles, yesterday my vsa light went off with exclamation symbol too when I touched the brakes turning the car on, then I couldn't take car out of park, and the brake lights don't even come on eithe or hornr. Today I checked all the fuses, they are all good, I went and bought a new brake switch from auto zone for 10 bucks, that didn't solve anything either. I don't know what to do at this point other than go to a Acura dealership, I need help

Have you checked the brake pedal switch down by the pedal? could be why the lights dont come on and you cant take the car out of park if the car doesnt realize the brakes are pressed. doesnt really explain the VSA light though.

Experiencing same issues here, replaced brake switch without any luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Might try testing the neutral safety switch/position switch on the trans. Sometimes you can rock the shifter back and forth and the switch will make contact.
