Not really sure what you expect with from such an information deficient post....

What exactly is he saying was/is wrong with the IM? Cracked? Gasket leaking? Any codes? Symptoms?

EGR valve?

I will take him to my mechanic, I think his mechanic is a dud. We'll diagnose the car and see what is really going on!

On my 2006 TL I broke 2 bolts on my manifold. One on the top cover peice below the A of the acura lettering and one that mounts a sensor with 2 tubes(1 brake booster hose i think). It makes a loud whistle and I feel air sucking in from the broken bolt.Should I get a EX-Out bolt remover kit, take it somewhere,or get a new manifold?

get the screw extractor kit for less than $20 vice paying someone probably $50 or 300 for a new manifold....

the cover screws are made to break easily since they are suppose to be only tightened at around 11inlbs. you could probably grab a small flathead and twist it out( thats what i did but after i bought the extractor kit...smh) lol. As for the other bolt, i dont know... take a pic

Partially stuck open egr valve, Throttle body sticking or a real nice vacuum leak even possible fuel delivery problem any could be your culprit

Smile Fixed!!

I am so lucky. I was able to drill it out with a titanium drill bit.Purchased two and broke one. I have a replacement bolts from Lowes in the holes with no leaking air and no more whistleing.Should I get the oem bolts or just run with the hardware store ones? Here are some pictures.
