also, how much you guys think nav is worth?
this one, has 4k extra miles, but nav, listed on internet for 10k, which usually is 1-2k lower than lot pricing.
and its in MI, which is notorious for being cheap, since their economy is in the shitter nasty style.
this one, has (within 300 miles) of what my car does, again has nav, but is listed for 11,5K
I think I should be able to grab a good payout check.

EDIT: never tell the adjusters that !!! with all the insurance scams going on you dont wanna fall under a suspicious eye !!! let them do their job and just push them to do it quicker....but dont tell em "ohh its totaled" or "ohh i will buy it back from you"....let em come close to writing a check and then negotiate

Veggie, if they total the car you should get a hefty check that you could possibly throw towards a Type-S as a down payment. That is if you were willing to finance, if not maybe you could find a rare offer on a cheaper Type-S.

wow...fkn frame damage...I bet it'll be close. When this happened with my EP hatch, I was given the choice by the insurance guy. I said, umm...no thank you! He even let me keep my friggin oem wheels. I gave it to them on 4 spares I picked up at the junkyard.
