Dat new fender liner clearance. I'd like to see a pic from inside the wheel well to see how it looks under there.

haha not much to see. as you can see in the pics, i just cut off the section that is folded over. started at the front bumper/fender area and worked my way back with a dremel about 3/4 back then stopped. no reason to cut more than you need to.

thought you guys might like to see the paint process. (keep in mind these are all iphone pics with poor lighting, but i thought it was cool seeing the car taken apart and put back together)...will try and get some HQ pics in direct sunlight here soon. honestly, there have been no good days...been very gloomy around here recently.

also this weekend i'll be installing a shock and tilt sensor, and a new sunroof. might even take apart my headlights if i have the time. i really want to figure out this halo (angel eye) issue.

There's not a lot of aftermarket wheels that look better than stock on the TL, you have made me want new wheels.

hey same to you mike, it's been a long time.

replaced my sunroof over the weekend and installed the shock and tilt sensor. didn't really get a chance to test out the sensors as it was getting late...but everything is wired up. i'll go back in and adjust the sensitivity and make sure its mounted in a good spot etc.

exactly. i ended up getting this sunroof glass from Bruce for a good price too.

you can't really see the damage when the trunk is closed so i'm not really worried about it. at some point i'll straighten everything out with some new stripping...but it doesn't leak or anything so no biggie. merely a flesh wound.

Hey...for all the damage you sustained, a non visible weatherstripping is the least of your worries. At the end of the day, you made out like a bandit. You should be thanking those vultures! or at the very least put some roadkill on someone ELSE's Car for them to peck at this time...

I'm hoping to do that.

Don't mind me....my Progress thread is non-existent and if I had one it would only be to update the mileage and number of rock chips.
