no, you don't. At least not in Florida. Having a hard top was the worst shit ever...have to lift it off...and I only wanted to go topless. Not even lying, hot sun, or light rain, I would still go topless.
In which case, the S isn't the best car. I can tell you, with hard compound tires (all tires are hard compound at neg 25) and a little rain, fucking scary shit, man.

Well thus far the TL has been OK this winter, but I'll say this much - I'm definitely unimpressed with Yokohoma IceGuards. Shittier snow handling than an all season tire, at twice the cost ![Yuck](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/yuck.gif)
Snow days I'd rather just take transit (like I did the first time it snowed this year and I had JUST bought the TL) - Usually turns out to be a wise decision after I see all the freeway crashes on the news that are on my way to work

Or be a fucking man and move to somewhere with no snow. ![Snicker](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/emot-laugh.gif)
Dude, I really don't understand how you guys deal with it, year after year.

Honestly its not so bad when you get used to it, and I would much rather be here than stateside - I love visiting FL for example, but living over there would probably drive me insane.
At the end of the day I'm definitely thankful considering if my parents didn't uproot us to come here we could have been back in Ukraine right now.

Well, yeah...in that case.
I was just fucking with you...although the US and A is really a great place. You just have to tolerate a lot of differences here.

Oh I know stateside ain't all that bad. I mean, living in Toronto, "tolerating differences" is basically daily life, especially for me working in a Community Center as a customer service rep / manager.
I happen to work in an area that mixes the fairly well off (lets just say the "pedestrian" car in our underground parking garage on an average day is a 335i) with government housing in rather close proximity, plus loads of recent immigrants too, so the "cooking pot of cultures" that is Toronto is probably nowhere more apparent than here. The politics are likewise mixed, and its a little difficult not to want to punch some people in the face once in a while

^LOL, you would NOT want to meet any of my supervisors. I'll just leave it at that.
Also after much hand-wringing and head-shaking I've pretty much settled on either the Enkei Raijins or APEX EC7s. Both are lightweight, rotary forged and seem fairly durable (i.e. have been tracked by people without issues). Still trying to find some more lightweight options within my budget that don't look as godawful on the TL as the RPF1s do.

650 usd shipped. Putting in my order tonight, just trying to decide on whether to go 19x9.5 +34 all around or 19x8.5 +34 front, 9.5 +34 rear. What do you think?
Tough to say...you might have to run more stretch on the front to make the wider wheels work.
Guess it comes down to what look you like more...I'm assuming with a 1" difference, rears will be a lot more concave?
Also, rotate-ability.

Thank god for the 'zine wheel calculator - So the 9.5 +34 will poke less than the +20 XXRs. So I think 9.5 +34 all around (and yes, its pretty safe to assume the 9.5 is waaaaay more concave lol)
Go for it, man...for that price, you literally can't go wrong. Same look, without the price tag!

^ its difficult to see but you may just be right, which would suggest that is a 19x9.5 +34. Hmm

245/35/19 CONFIRMED.

I'm still really new compared to some of the join dates I see around here. Everytime I think of a question, it's already answered on here. One day I will find a question worth asking. Also, love the build, it makes for good ideas.
