rockstar143's '04 NBP progress thread (part deux continues after 6 year hiatus)
Tell me about your amber DRLs. Is that just replacement bulbs or is there a harness as well?
Thanks fellas...
Okay, well, since I don't have DRL being an 04...I have a DRL module that's disontinued, and a prototype unique style racing led module also and then my own ebay bought amber LED.

Sounds fancy. :ghey:
I was looking into yellow DRL halogen bulbs or amber LED bulbs, but I don't want to have to run any resistor harnesses or anything.

LOL...Adam posts about loving the D and Austin immediately begs him to visit more often.
Gracias Amigos. Adam, that is absolutely true...I do love it. I also realize Austin is too young to remember beeper codes. 606.

Fine, but I need to drain the majority of the finely ground sand I poured into the runners to do that famous youtube port and polish. I don't want to have problems and whatnot.

yeah I cant top that
I actually did "port match" my thermal gasket last night In looking at it sitting on the precisely measured oem gasket, when you line up the bolt holes, some material WAS limiting the flow slightly on every single hole. Fixed that. Also added some window weld to my side mount, stiffen it up a bit, make it last longer.

yeah another deal with gaskets is, they wiggle a little bit, so when you install them they move and are not lined up anymore...make sure they are lined up when you install it....
