oh, they AREEEEE
I really am still in heaven over this purchase. Maybe that'll fade but I get so excited even for my dumb little drive home from work to drop the top and enjoy hearing the engine rev. It's really a different experience than driving the heavier, more luxurious TL.

Well, I received my first item that was veto'd by Betty and myself. Red Honda "H" Emblems or the car. Red doesn't fit, it looks a little too juvenile. I contacted the Ebay seller and will be shipping them back. Found them on another site for $30 cheaper in OEM black...black on silver will be absolute tits.
Other than that, my 2" stubby Perrin antenna will be here tomorrow, and all wiring for radio and Valentine 1 hard wire have arrived for install this weekend.

I'll let her know.
I am sending them back and exchanging for black ones from another site. Don't worry, they are hellajdmyo. OEM black ones from 00-01 AP1, enough to stand out on the silver and look modified but not overly done.
I also think that I'm reconsidering clearing the headlights. After all, I have orange in my plate and tails...and may put the amber side markers back on...I was mainly doing it to remove a clashing color with the red emblem, but I've been straightened out. Sometimes different isn't better.

You going to install them on a stock exhaust? Don't.
They were way too expensive, instead save that money for an exhaust. New exhausts now come nice tips anyway like ATLP base, and you feel like no worth changing them.
He had an old RV6 pipi tips, he had some personal issues with it and ended up replacing them

LOL, I do remember being asked and I think I answered at the time. It was a local muffler shop that had them and he was supposedly the only guy that sourced them. I know for a fact Richie ended up getting my old set that I bought off ebay AND a set from the muffler guy to work with to see about fitment although I haven't heard where he's at with that. I'd be glad to post up his name and number if you'd like to contact him directly and see if he'd be willing to sell/ship you some.

Skating to work today was fun though
HEY! The 5G TL is actually pretty mediocre, don't lump it in with that monstrosity of a 4G.

Three Wheelin'
I used to live in New England. FWD can be a lot of fun in reverse on the snow :-P
Can be dangerous around corners if you start spinning, you go straight off the road, but at the same time FWD pulls a car better in the snow than a RWD, esp uphill, and RWD will fish tail if you start spinning around a corner too, so pros and cons either way. The trick really is to have snow / winter tires and take it easy, regardless of FWD / RWD, or get an AWD.
