What's UAS? And what's this stuff I hear about some kind of "cup" or also what's "static drops"?

^ Univesral Air Suspension. Cup is refered to a Cup Kit, it works like a bag suspension but it only raises when needed to clear a speed bump or driveway, you drive at static height, and only raise to clear certain objects and put it back down Its a BAG inside of sealed canister. Look up Airforce suspenion and Platnium VIP cup kits ( certain cup kits let you drive with AIR in the cup, like the platinum VIP kit.. Static drop is basically dropped as low as you can go on coilovers, Ride at that height all day errr day.

so in other words this is the poor mans air. I got nothing against it. Also what benefits does this have over a true air system, as i am ignorant when it comes to a cup system. But none the less the car is coming along sick A.

imo, the only benefit of piecing together a uas kit and coils over airrunner is price. however, some will argue that you will get better performance out of it over the likes of airrunner or boldworld, a stiffer ride. in either case, i was just kidding. im still sticking by not using air. this ride height is on coils, daily driven.

Your ride is awesome man. I have so much respect for all the work you have put in to make the wheels fit. My buddy wayne put in a lot of hours in his ride back in the day to do a similar thing on his ride. I remember many long nights pulling fenders and different things to try and make them clear. I can imagine the nights you have put in.

haha thanks danger..definitely more money and time went into alignments and fine tuning the fitment than in the parts themselves. as for the megans, i can still go about 2 inches lower in the front.

the frame on my car will be notched soon, and i will be dropping the front another quarter of an inch.

That's just ILL... Nice... That's balls right there...

When you go that wide... Even the doors need the widebody treatment in order to keep the car flowing from front to back...

Have fun man... cause at the end of the day that's what it's all about...

Keep us updated... This should be EPIC!

yezir. the rears will be radiused and redone. im not going with a pull, but more of a custom fender..keeping it oem looking is the name of the game. im going to TRY to do it without pulling the rear doors, but there will be no compromises with this build. if the rear doors need to be widened to make the car flow, then they will be widened...even if takes a few more weeks of chips stacking :P
