Sold me already. PM me your paypal, and ill buy the template from you. I didnt really want to get rid of my kickers lol. plus this is allowing such a clean install.
The only thing i question would be the quality of sound becuase its not in the box, but thinking about it, it is kinda like being in a box, just a big box lol.
Are you going to be enclosing the back of the sub, or sheilding it from being damaged somehow?

Ok fellas, here is the most current updates for the past 2 days since receiving...
![](http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t119/1str8SRT8/Picture233.jpg)
in the mail Fri. evening after being THROWN AWAY by accident by my son. Work started really slow and even at a sudden hault when it was realized I was missing key components and tools to complete the job at hand, which was way more in depth then what I had in my head. Now, getting right to it since its late and I am very tired from all this work today in this Fla. heat...
PASSENGER DOOR ~ OEM door speaker hole needed to be cut approx 1/4 diameter to fit the RAINBOW SLC 6.5 Mid and 3/4 MDF speaker ring spacer(s) on ea. front door. CASCADE Speaker Kit & CASCADE Door Skin Kit:

Sorry...These were the first pics when arriving at Gabe's shop before reality hit...I was not ready nor was I equipped with the proper tools.
~ Mainly, proper blade in jigsaw or proper dremmel bit to cut the metal in the doors, power connectors & 3/4 MDF speaker ring spacers.

TODAYS PROGRESS as promised ![Wink](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Reflecting back to yesterday, showing the RAINBOW tweets~
![](http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t119/1str8SRT8/DSC05798.jpg)
![](http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t119/1str8SRT8/Picture258.jpg)
![](http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t119/1str8SRT8/DSC05799.jpg)
also reflecting to yesterdays post, here is the comparisons to both 6.5 mids.
*OEM vs RAINBOW SLC's*
![](http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t119/1str8SRT8/Picture245.jpg)
OEM with plastic cage/cup~
![](http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t119/1str8SRT8/Picture246.jpg)
OEM w/o plastic cage/cup~
![](http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t119/1str8SRT8/Picture247.jpg)
and now the RAINBOW SLC 6.5 mid solo~
![](http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t119/1str8SRT8/Picture248.jpg)
This is how I started my day today. I started modding the rings for mounting to the door with recess fitting holes so the mounted 6.5 will lay flush. NOTE* I reused the same 3 stock OEM screws that mount the stock speaker to the plastic cage to recess/flush mount to the ring before mounting the RAINBOW 6.5's.
![](http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t119/1str8SRT8/Picture244.jpg)

Thank you very much Anil & Jer. Honestly, i guess i must have a hidden blessed talent i never knew i had. I have never done more then change a front door speaker to a after market door speaker of the same size... and thinking i just upgraded my stock system...lol- and then i jump right into this kind of project.
I do have to say... i would NEVER do this as a living. And i have definitely taken a more fond appreciation to tge real audio gurus and the one who do this for a living. I can definitely see why i was quoted $2000 for install alone... as a estimate.
My hat goes off to all the TM, IHC & NIEBUR3's who are authorized dealers or seek the heart throbbing passion...
FAWK DAT! Not me. This shyt is stressful and agonizing at times. I have never been cut more times then during this build...lol
But i do have to say... i am so waiting and chasing the rush for the final result.

More pics means more work.
It was raining yesterday after work + my lady was out in the field of work so I was with the baby. And trust me, I much rather have been working on the car since he was being a lil Grumpy Pants yesterday...lol
Thanks CaliChris517/Chris!
I will send your IB Panel Template out within 24/48hrs.
Reminder! I do have the outlined templates for this design. PM me for details

Ok...against popular demand or the demand of ROCKSTAR143...lol I have no pic progress for update and project will be on pause for approx 1 week or so. Instead of having my friend Gabe do the remaining of the wiring, who seems a lil reluctant or don't really want to do it in the first place. I decided to take it to a professional, who happens to run a Car Audio shop. We talked a lil about what's left and what to install in addition. What is left is soldering a RCA to the radio for a line out, AUDIO CONTROL Matrix under the passenger seat and both Rainbow crossovers mounted ...somewhere or under each seat for each side of Hi's/Mids with all RCA's and wires ran to the trunk of the car so I may go ahead and seal the IB ~ cabin from the trunk. In addition to install along with the wires, He will be installing my AUDIOVOX 7in DVD Monitors Universal kits, all from a outstanding deal $$$ !!!
So, now what's left is scheduling the time to be without the car for 1 day. I will have to schedule something with the wife to drop off the car before they close and p/u the next day after work or later afternoon. I do promise all will be done soon and progress will continue.
