I am completely diggin it! Keeping the mid size lux. sport look with a performance Purrrrrrrr... And on the throttle hard, it does give a very nice Roar! ...and no, I think I am good where I am at with my stock exhaust. MODS: Mid muffler was deleted first a while ago. And that alone was nice sound difference. I honestly do not believe the sound would be as aggressive with a complete stock exhaust. Sure, some sound difference but mainly coming from up front. But with the cold air intake added to the already existing mod of the removal of the mid muffler...IT IS PERFECT!

I know u were ref to the next step... That is still stock and don't have plans to change that since I am completely satisfied with the sound I have now. I just drove home from using some sports shift to get that higher rev...and OMG... I am loving it. And I do feel a slight difference in take off. Maybe a minuet difference but just seems to be a lil more jumpy out the box with Gitty-Up....or is that the sound playing games with me...lol. No for real. Its TQ'r.

He's happy until he hears the sound of a dynomax resonator paired with some magnaflows. When my girl heard it she said two words; "fuckin awesome"

TLDude...your girls sounds like a classy broad...like my fiancee!

It's true, if you check the stage IV mod with the magnaflow (res no muffler), it actually has some rasp through it for some reason. Stage III was my only pick...even gave me that nice little gurgle when downshifting.

Thats why I don't wanna go go to gurgle or raspy... I have a AT If I had a MT, then I would at least step it up one more stage.

As for vidz...I suck. I never knew how to post vidz. And the ONE X I tried, it failed to a still shot...Never tried since.

QUESTION: I have one more pr of LEDs to install and they are a BISG to remove the lense where it seems to be on the brink of breaking the lense or the entire light assembly. The beauty lights in the sun visors... Geeeeez! WTF! HOW TO REMOVE???

ANOTHER QUESTION: What do you guys really think or know from experience (Like SWOOSH...) RE: aftermarket pulley and PR2 TB spacer. Does that really open the AT 3.2 up some in my case?

You'd see more results from the pulley then the spacer. That's just opinion. And its not that you'll see hp you'll feel the motor rev better since youre gaining back that lost parasitic power through the drive system. The spacer will just help keep the tb a bit cooler combined with the thermo spacers.

I always heard what a PITA the crank pulley was so I never even considered getting the pulley...if I did, I'd probaby stick with stock size since I have a system.

J.

PS, Jay, you need to used a small flathead and go in kinda straight up on the edge closest to center of car...there are these metal tabs that you might accidentally pry down, the lense should come out with just pressing the plastic piece, hard to explain. Mine flickered, my oems are back in.

Cool...maybe eventually I will do the TB and the Pulley (Stock size is what I was thinking also ) mod later down the road. I just thought I would inq first from those with experience with those individual parts.

+1 for the stock size UR pulley. i felt a difference in acceleration after i installed mine. RPM's seem to climb quicker/faster between gears.

Yes, I know J... But I always end up doing them anyways, right? I guess I get bored on what to do next so I refer back to old mods I chalked off...lol

install wasn't bad at all. took 20 mins tops. breaker bar, honda pulley removal tool, and a swift kick to break it loose. removed bolt, put new pulley on, tightened down with air tools. done.

i LOVE Deniro, YES HOMO. I don't care...I love him. Favorite actor of all time. Him, Clint Eastwood, and Pacino.

Sharky, thanks for the info, maybe I would give it a whirl. You need a lift for leverage, right?!?

nope, just jacked up the front of the car. took off the passenger wheel, took off the plastic shroud covering and bam. there is your OEM pulley and bolt.

you need an extended breaker bar for leverage, so that it'll stick out far enough past your fender/front bumper when you knock the bolt loose, you won't damage the body.

...but that much torque on an extension will usually snap it. Did you use a 1/2" ratchet?! Or a 3/8"?

I am going to look into this. The easier reving of the motor, any improvement on fuel effeciency etc by any chance?

a quick pic today with the camera instead of the shitty DROIDX Engine a lil dirty but so is the car. Needs detail inside and out.

That TB spacer would sure look sexy right about now...lol. But until then, UPDATE: My RED TOP OPTIMA BATTERY is on its way to take care of all the accessories coming soon.

Just an FYI the new Optima's are not that great. Also if you have a sound system you should got the yellow not the red. I recently bought the new diehard platinum battery. That battery runs everything so smoothly. Haven't had any issues not to mention I can always just bring it back and get a new one if it goes bad.

I never had any problems with any of the 4 I have purchased in the past So, from your experience what makes em "NOT SO GREAT" ? Especially, for $30-40 more then what the batteries you 2 are mentioning.

Comment ^

...all I know is I NEED battery that is going to do the job NOW and do the job LATER... Buy one and DONE! That is what I want. And yes, I do obviously plan on installing a system. So its recommended to get the YELLOW for the extra required amps? I can still call and cancel or switch battery applications if needed. LMk Thanks

From what I've heard, the yellow is the one you want. I've got a MASSIVE amount of wattage though, and the Bosch has let me down exactly zero times.

the higher the CCA's the more the battery is susceptible to failure specially during the summer which you FL boys see a lot !!! the TL needs less than 600CCA....bigger is not always better.....

got the Autocraft gold battery from the local Advance Auto Parts for my wifey's lexus....battery was like 100 bucks, use code BATX for 25% off....3 year replacement and 7 year prorated warranty....out the door for 80 some bucks !!!

That's right! I knew there was some kind of fact regarding CCA that I couldn't remember so I stayed quiet and didn't bother touching on battery specs.

RS. I know it seems I may need the yellow but I have read bad reviews about the yellow. Even searching here on AZ some had negative things or experiences with the yellow. One gentleman said regarding OPTIMA batt. and AUDIO if you are not pushing 1000w+ a red is fine. Can someone confirm this information? I will be installing a system but a modest one. Definitely NOT 1000+ in wattage. (My only amp is a Image Dynamic i5800)
