This is true! They are chunkier and wider then what I was expecting. I mocha fit them and they are going to fill in nicely. Even better then stocks.

I was JUST GOING TO POST on your thread today and say... What GREAT taste u have in your TL...lol

We are almost twins Besides the manufactures of wheels & slight size/offset difference (mine are 19x9.5 +40 all 4 corners) ...same exact concepts and look in design shooting or leaning toward a EURO look rather then a IMPORT look. Well done.

PS...u can follow some IB stuff here as it moves along but a better place would be the other thread I started on the IB subject or audio upgrade:

I just took a closer look, the tips actually mimick the body line pretty well since the inside, bigger oval, sticks out further, which matches the bumper. I may get all up on this mod.

Actually, maybe I'm just tired, but I can't find the link to where to get these...I'm really not kidding about joining you on this...I'm not 100 percent yet, because everything on our cars is very hard edged with no circles, but that might be why the type s tips looks go good...some round on the hard edges.

I agree homie. I also believed when coming up with this idea the round tips would set it all off and being different then the avg quads made me jump all over this! And YES! I noticed it when I first ventured with this idea how they where slightly laying staggered to one another flowing absolutely perfect with the contour of the ASPEC bumper, as if OEM themselves... but with a Luxurious attitude ... This is what I am hoping poors out of the final stance and appearance when installed.

If he's not, you KNOW he'll be posting up that he's selling them and he had too much time and changed his mind!

I hope the end of the tips are long enough that when looking at it from all angles and the side, you can NOT see it taper down to 1 pipe...the main reason that will look amazing is that it looks stock and NOT like "just the tip".

STILL STOCK...(That one is for SWOOSH )...Inside joke

Cut the entire neck off to custom make a new one due to the angle and low muffler port vs the high exhaust exit...The just didn't match size of tip vs space allowed.

One tip on...One to go

Tacking them on spot on!

Awesome job on bend and new neck.

Said and done!

FK~YEAH! Thanks SOCAL AUTOSPORTS!

Told u...The dude is GREAT! He really knows his shit! He and the Ol man have been there for approx 20+ yrs! The old man was actually doing a full custom exhaust to a SN95 Mustang 5.0 vert. (which u can just see on the left in pic #4) It was like a bought full kit! I have taken my 3 Fox body's to create a custom full length X pipe flowmaster exhaust(s) and my all motor 300hp Givic EG from 4-1 comp header on back 2 3/4 piping to this guy!

This job is spot on!

It was going to be $50-60 for cut and weld. But when he saw the odd andel and rather small or thin fascia of OEM exhaust tip, he saw it was not going to require work and new designed necks on both PORSCHE tip to the muffler pan. (cut neck off tip and OEM necks)...and u see the ending result.

For a total of $70 out the door... I told him I DON'T CARE! For that work! $10-15 additional, its worth every penny + imo

dude...did he spray paint his welds after?!?!
For 70 dollars there is zero room to complain. WOW.

Just to have Midas weld in a new 2.5 pipe for me, cleanly, they quoted me 200 bucks.

+1 Steven B. The entire car was once just a leg humpin wanabe dream when I looked at some of your cars on here on AZ... Now the dream is reality and all that I have drawn up in my head wondering how will it look? Will this fit? Will this match? Will this look ricer or over board? etc etc... All has come together quite nicely and well balanced through and through

Who the hell is hating?!? You've gotten nothing but compliments!

When I asked about the spray paint it was because I can't believe the guy took enough pride in his work that he actually took the time to spray the weld so you wouldn't look at it. I'm really close to pulling the trigger on these, but my girl said she didn't dig the ovals on the very angular car. She's usually the voice of reason...so I'll sleep on it.
