Yep, I swapped my stock suspension for his stock suspension with the springs. He's also the same guy that I got the rear and side A-Spec pieces from.

Aaron I've been enjoying your thread as well

Also, check mah thread in the Wash and Wax section about cleaning headlights. It's nothing amazing but it took me a while to post the pictures

not having matching aged headlights is irksome, Austin...
meant to ask you...does your family source junkyard stuff for anything? Like to fix up cars they purchase at auction for resale?

I think the mechanic that usually comes here goes to the junkyard to get a few parts but I'm not sure how often.

How is the sealer on that one, Anil?

Thanks for sharing, Anil.
Honestly, I'm skeptical now...that whole "crystal view" sealant guaranteed forever is a sham. 6 months later and my boss' lights are totally dull again.

JMO, and I said this in the other thread, I think a regular sealant/wax applied regularly will be fine. I try to seal my car once a month, and I do the headlights anyways so it's not a problem.

In my humble experience, I've kept mine waxed and it slows the process but that yellowish starts coming back. This last time, I couldn't even really see it, it was still clear, but in certain lighting it looked yellow.

^^^ I agree....

WOW forever = 6 months I guess LOL....Last time I used plasticX on the wifey's headlights () they started hazing and get back to normal in 2-3 weeks....so this time I did sand em down, used plasticx and the sealant and they are good so far....

lets see how they stay after couple weeks....

I think reapplication of the sealant is probably key. Like with car wax...it doesn't stay on forever in the blazing sun and the pouring rain.

I've never looked into that before. I guess I'm too lazy to use different grits of sandpaper and such. The foam ball knocks it all out at once. I do like how that kit comes with a finishing product though.

Lots of talk about the headlights I see

Let's switch to MPG! Normal tank for me, filled up using 10.898 gallons...

Heading home from getting gas...
