RV6 V2 True Dual Exhaust for '04-'08 TL Type-S Quads Batch 2 Collecting deposits

blah!
I'm just going to run a 2 bolt flange to keep it clean. Seems like a logical solution to me. I'm sure Richie will come out with a more innovative solution and maybe create a X pipe that slides onto the J-Pipe and exhaust pipes.

no doubt. The quality and fitment is very good. I just have to tinker with it over time (which I expected)
I am looking in to replacing the 3 bolt flange between the J-Pipe and Catback with a 2 bolt for more clearance in the meantime to get more clearance.
I have some tips that Richie might be coming out with a solution for us soon I guess he will tell us when he is ready.
my clearance:
that is a small speedbump. most bumps in the road as as big as this.
thinking about replacing it with this kind of flange

What I did on my hatch when I went to a 3" exhaust. I used a v-band clamp similar to on a turbo build.
That would give a ton more clearance and also allow to have solid 360* tightening instead of 2 bolts.
And would allow for maintenance of removal versus welding it together which would make pulling a tranny or any motor work a pain in the ass.

Batch 3 is almost complete and we will actually have some inventory.
We can finally relax a little and work on some new projects.

I'm telling you Rich...once it's just a tip swap, you'll be able to prefab to muffler then make either base or type s...a lot of bases out there shy away after cost of TD and then having to cut up bumper or put on type s bumper/lip.
Plus, I personally want to keep the integrity of the all original 04 aspec base.

UPDATE: Everyone on batch 3 has been invoiced. (Except Vlad we have special arrangements) If you did not receive a invoice please contact me asap. We have 8 exhausts completed and 4 people who I can't get in touch with for payments. That means we will have 4 to 8 exhaust in stock for immediate orders. Batch 4 will consist of ~12 exhaust and will be the last TD exhaust for a while. We are moving on to some new projects and and looking for some new base tips.

if youre considering it id suggest hopping in sometime before theyre gone. Got mine tuesday, install was simple besides a mislabeled pipe that was a pain to separate after clamping. Still waiting for my license to make a video but crept out around the block a little and WOW couldn't be more satisfied.

The first batch didn't have labels...i'd strongly suggest you guys lay this entire thing out in your liviing room or garage before install. The way it's made, there's really only one way that makes sense for everything to go together.
Rich, looking forward to whatever you come up with!
Had a small meet yesterday, made a few more fans of your exhaust. Perfection was the word used.

as stated; i tried to go by the labels and and "instruction packet" but it just was to hard to grasp with my simple mind.
I ended up just piecing it out and figuring out which pipes go together on my own.
(maybe my pipes were mislabeled, as well, considering the headache i had.) Dont know for sure.

I still get compliments on my exhaust pretty much everytime I drive my car.
Batch 1 still going strong. And after some miles it has really opened up on the tone.
Love it.
