Cheers guys.
PS> I also ordered a Tein SA coilover kit tonight, and had a set of Conti DWSs put on earlier today... It's shaping up to be an early christmas...
Richie - Are you able to post up a new list showing just the remaining people in batch 2? If it's not worth it, then no worries but just an idea for some of us who are waiting.
Keep on keepin' on...

Hey Richie,
Exhaust looks great, can't wait to get one! Actually we were in contact last spring about getting your performance parts dynoed on my Type-S, and I offered free dyno time. Anyways i sent you an email recently and did not hear back. I'm ready when you are so let me know. The sooner the better, I'm sure these guys all want to see some dyno #'s!!!
Thanks,
Ken

It seems like the biggest shortcoming in most vendors and companies is a lack of communication. Nobody minds waiting, but they like to be acknowledged and "kept in the loop". We're all busy...it's easy to be mindful when you've got free time...it's when you take the time to respond or have SOMEONE respond when it truly makes you shine.
Guaranteed it'll be appreciated and not just by me. You know I'm just waiting on response for the bracket PM and eventually to purchase a base tip.

...and Richie, please don't take my previous post in a negative light...it was really more a generalization on all business/vendors. You're still "up there" as a vendor in my book.
From what I read above, I'd say that it sounded like prices might go up a bit. Although, production might go faster/easier which would allow him to churn out more/faster...faster rate of return...maybe cost comes down a bit or equalizes.

Can't believe I missed your PM. I will try and send that stuff out today. If I don't respond to PMs with in 48 hours I most likely lost it. I don't like the PM system it is way too easy to loose PMs.

Good welders are hard to come by and I only trust one person to weld these exhaust. He has been swamped lately and everyone new I have interviewed has been
No worries I'll take any advice to improve myself and my business. The price will go up. When I started batch 2 I was just ball parking the price since we have never built a exhaust completely in house before. This exhaust is very labor intensive and we are using the most talented people I can find. I could cut corners and switch to MIG welding but I rather sell less exhaust. If you think about it, this TD system is almost 2 exhaust in one and they both have to fit with each other. No easy task.

I for one thought custom was the only way to go but seeing the customer service you have provided and the guaranteed sound and gains of the exhaust make me regret my decision....
However, am hoping you sell a lot more of these
when in business, being swamped means you are doing great

Richie, you are the man. I've said it from the start and will continue to do so. I appreciate your response and your willingness to listen. Owning one, I can honestly promise you and other customer's, that it's all true...I was superbly impressed with how perfectly all the hangers and tips and everything lined up. Not easy when you're making something on a jig (or another car) and sending it out in pieces to be "rebuilt" by someone else. No easy feat...
