Where did you order your parts from? especially with free shipping on the block. Could you post their info or are you able to order some parts at the same price?
I'm thinking about building a 3.5 conversion as well.

few more days. car is going in the shop for fuel system upgrade, then street tune, then dyno tune on thursday. We will know by then.

So, how are you tuning the car? Did you end up using eManage ultimate or blue? Sounds like your taking it to someone else to tune it with that application or is he planning on using something else?

We hooked up the E-manage and the car is running great. No surging. Still waiting for a pulley to arrive before we could get a final tune. They said it would be shipped this week, so hopfully it will be here soon.

Thanks, I and thousands of others are waiting with bated breath for your results.

Owning my own business, I understand the amount of paperwork that goes into starting and maintaining a business. It's a real PITA. However......not having a boss: PRICELESS.

In the top right hand part of the pic are 4 letters, CCCC, This is the main bearing that is associated with this block. Not every block will have the same code. The bearings can be bought at acura and you must tell them the letter series on your block.










This is what's stamped on the crank, there are 6 bearing codes stamped on every crank. They are not all the same from crank to crank. Machining processes get it in the ballpark, then they fit it to the nearest color associated with the clearance of that particular journal.







If anyone is looking to follow in his steps, I do have a brandnew rl crank that has been coated. pm me.

well last time a was at the shop that tuned his car he was pushing 250whp on a mustang dyno they read lower that other dynos so on other ones he should be running 270-280whp, thats what the shop told me
