As you can see from my other thread, I am having issues with ignition timing. For some reason the ECU is retarding timing under load. Today we took the intake manifold off to check the knock sensor and everything seemed fine. We also could not hear any knock.
At the moment the supercharger is not on yet. I wanted to make sure I could tune with with the AEM and breakin the new engine before I boost it.
I got all the wires for the AEM figured out today. Everything works 100%. I would definitely recommend this over the E-manage. The ability to tune the close-loop map should solve all the partial boost and surging problem.
I will update as I go along. I also installed the RC550 injectors and walbro fuel pump today and everything is so far so good.
