Progress RSB Installation Notes and pics
BEARCAT94-The SCCA agrees. If your car is totally stock, EXCEPT for an RSB upgrade, that alone will move you out of the "Stock" Autocross classes an into the "Prepared" Classes.
Wow really? Damn, and I thought springs were a nice noticable difference
Mike, hook it up once I'm done with my exhaust:wink:

Maybe I should clarify.
From straight, bone stock, there are a few suspension mods that will bump you in SCCA autocross class - Even if you only do that ONE SINGLE mod.
Changing the RSB is on that list. Also included is changing RSB Bushings, installing Lowering Spings or installing Coil-Overs.
Okay, I've had the biggest problems trying to take the end link nuts off and I think I've sucessfully stripped both of them.... now what? Take it to a mechanic??
When I try to loosen the end link nut with my allen wrench on the inside it just spins... I tried putting some lubricant (like wd40) in there to loosen it up but still nothing.
I don't get it.

Sure. People have mentioned that when they upgraded from their 6MT (20mm), to the comptech bar (22mm), it felt the same when they did the change from the comptech to the Progress rear sway bar (24mm), especially since it has 2 stiffness settings to play with as well.
Remember that not only is the diameter of the bar important in it's effectiveness, but also how stiff the actual compound is.
