10 Posts in and already raisin hell. I dig it!

I seriously doubt you'd make it to 36 years old if you took your affinity for making people "moist" offline and to the mean streets of LA. Just an observation, not a judgment or insult!

Agreed...I guess it's just been a while since I've seen "Baby Boy" so I wasn't sure where you were coming from...

I get that you have good intentions though...for sure. If I did have someone owe me money, I'd definitely get it back. Given we probably have different backrounds (I'm guessing) and I have a huge aversion to the idea of ever getting locked up, my approach would be more along the lines of taking legal action rather than getting Rodney all wet. Get me?

It's all good, man. All of us being from different walks of life is what makes this a fun place to be.
To be honest, if he did owe me money and you were local. I'd probably have you give me a lift to ask for the money back.

PS...when you first started writing, this was the scene that immediately popped into my head.

WTF guys....can we honestly tone it down before the thread gets locked and we wont be able to communicate....

"Acura Noob" with all due respect, you cant just walk in and beat somebody up or mess them up....its not wise to talk the law in your hands.....you beat him up, he ends up in hospital and you in jail....so now you dont have your ECU or your damn car....and in the jail you get all types of burritos stuffed up your ass....well you might be a tough guy but i dont think i will last in prison....

I will be talking to Rodney later tonight....i finally got all my "work" work done and its time to cater to the car....so calm down man....

well at this point a few people are upset but for most part as far as dissapearing i never recall , yes this groupbuy has been open for quite sometime not by choice the product we are sending out unfotunatlely is not a simple intake but an ecu this do tale careful tuning and research which weve done and continuing to do ,unfortunately there are a few issues with ecu as far as idling and rough idling but for most part ecu does perform way it should . Idling issues we did not encounter during our test stages the solution we are working on but also noticing all issues are different for each car ,did we ignore this no we have not ..
As we go theres things weve come up with to solve these issues will post this up later , as far as groupbuy there were 14-16 people on and off groupbuy to date theres 2 customers that havent had there order fulfil at all ...justin and feji ...total eclispe i have to resend also , thats out of 14 people ..
laurent and dihn waiting on widebands and anil pump and clips out of all people that has recieved there ecu have contacted me for help wether they wiped there ecu clean not understanding it then sending it back to get reprogram which ive done no worries ive sent out tunes and fixes for anyone that had issues no feedback no worries with people waiting theyve contacted me ive answered them , with different setups an builds we dont always have the fix but we help ..
We do have projects we are workimg on to complete which takes up time as well , we have to send these ecus out to get configured and working for tl this also takes time as weve managed to find a tuner that takes the time to get these working even thou process took way longer than i imagimed i still remember its an ecu that is supposed to work daily and troble free ..

A fix will be offered to groupbuy purchasers which will include ve analyzer free of cost along with detailed instructions on how to configure the settings a wideband will be required for this feature this is been worked on and will be offered as next 2 ecus and harness are delivered ..

Again i understand impatience of everyone which theres only 3 people left waiting but as always ive never left business unfinished ..

LOL @ Rodney's response, how thoughtful. Not an apology for how long it's taken, nor an update on the 'only 3/14' remaining. In case you were wondering, that's over 20%. It's been 9 months Rodney. Own up to your mistakes. You fcuked up; bad. Don't make excuses to try to save face; it won't work here. Maybe the first 2-3 months your BS was swallowed, but not now. Man up.

^^^ Agreed. As far as the "...has been open for quite sometime not by choice the product we are sending out unfotunatlely is not a simple intake but an ecu this do tale careful tuning and research..." comment, yes, it does take time, but the fact of the matter is that this is what appears to be a BONE STOCK MS3 ECU right from B&G. The only thing that I see that is "custom" is the harness. I can attest, wiring a harness and making sure it's right takes a shitload of time, but 14 harnesses does not take 9 months. 1 per day is completely doable even with a full-time job. I'm just not buying the bullshit stories anymore.

I did see mention of the GB peeps getting some sort of an update, but nothing regarding the initial buyers that helped to fund the damn project. That's pretty cool...

My question is this... why not do the decent thing and tell people that they can purchase their own ECU and then just sell the harness and basic tune which will let them start the car? This is hardly the turn-key solution that was advertised and boasted about.

That's what Rodney was trying to tell me and I still don't understand the whole picture enough to apply it.....

It sucks being a kinetic learner, can never get things from book to brain.

More repetitive reading. Once I finally understand it, I'll try and make Inaccurate proud by spelling it out and I'll add it to bmeyer's site.

well i havent seen anyone posting anything positive about this product in the GB thread....people have only posted questions/concerns....but then i guess no one has been happy with the ECU (other than a very few folks)....

But I have to say, Rodney did throw in a $20 EGR Block Off plate in my order

and ....I do whatever Andy tells me to do....

tell me about it....learning from seeing my daily logs on Torque, trying to understand the timing advance and why does the ECU advance/retard timing....i can never read and understand, its gotta be practical....

the most I have understood things is by having conversations with Andy/Inaccurate/Rodney

This thread is more based on the emotions of the customer service and of people who are not able to tweak it on their own or find someone who can set it up for them.

It is true that it isn't perfect at this point, but it is FAR better than what I had with the FIC. No regrets here and I am happy with the advancement. Can be much better but I am learning a ton on the way there.
