FI/C 6 Wiring Map from '04/'05 to '06

I'm helping out someone here who wants my FI/C but I have an 06 and he has and 05. There isn't anything related to MT vs AT with this controller and it doesn't include the O2 skewing connections. I got my J&R unit before going into that.

Thought maybe others may be interested:

Hi Kn TL, i just swap and j32a3 from an 06 tl mt into my 06 accord coupe 6mt. I also got the ecu from the tl, but it couldn't comunicated according to the Acura dealer. they tried and 05 tl mt ecu and it did work. my accord ecu work with this engine swap but its not recomended, so i order an 04 tl ecu. My question is, am I going to go into problem with this swap cause the engine is from a 06 and my wiring might be different even tho i get the 04 ecu?
thank you.

What engine harness did you use. That would determine what you would use for ECU wiring. Although it appears the 06 Honda MT is the same as 04/05 TL MT.

Here are the pinouts for an 06 Accord MT:

I would print out those diagrams and compare them carefully. But like I said, at a quick glance, you ordered the right thing.

Who ever told you it wasn't a good idea to run the Accord ECU was right on. The compression ratio alone would be a reason to use the tune from the donor car type.
