Difficult to install Clazzio seat covers
Difficult to install Clazzio seat covers
Gave my 17 y.o. son the TL, I had the drivers seat reupholstered by a local store about 8years ago but didnt do the passenger seat. It was basically my daily for work commute. Now he drives his buddies and is embarrassed by the condition. I saw EndlessRPMs covers and they look great. My question is to people that have bought them,: how hard is it to replace the seat covers. Is it remove the seat from the track and it wraps around the old seat? Or does it involve cutting the metal “springs or hook” that I read about doing a full on seat cover replacement?

They're not difficult to install, you don't need to cut anything. It will go right over the existing leather. I found it much easier to remove the seats from the car and install the covers on a work bench, but I've seen videos of people doing it with them installed. Also gives you the opportunity to give the carpet a thorough cleaning if you pull seats. They come with good installation instructions that include color pictures.
