This topic has been beat to death over the years, so I'll try to be as concise at possible.
You COULD upgrade every part possible. Hi flow pre cats (or delete them), nice J pipe, lightweight crank pulley, remove the interior for weight reduction, put on NICE tires, coilovers for handling if you aren't satisfied with the current suspension, a legitimately good tune from a legitimate tuner. Head work is near non-existent for the J series, as the design provides strict limitations on increasing valve lift, cam lobe height, etc. There are aftermarket cams available, but again, doing that isn't going to be some magical improvement in itself. You will likely spend more $ than what the car is worth, and also never get that same $ back, while seeing a negligible power increase overall. You have to ask yourself, is the juice worth the squeeze?
You COULD boost the car. You would see a significant power increase. You'd spend more than the car is worth, and who honestly knows what would happen to an engine and automatic transmission with 180k when you boost it. Same logic applies to supercharging, on a lesser scale.
You COULD just sell this car and get something with more power.
It all just depends on what your end goal is.

Lay off the pot, panda bear; you have delusional goals.
You won't get more than 265/270 whp with that automatic, without spending $20K.
Just buy something with an LS(X) where installing mods ACTUALLY has an effect and makes noticeable power.

Sweetleafpanda96, this kit will work; however, it will require work.

If you think dumping "3K" is considered a lot of money, boy do I have bad news for you (mostly for your wallet) if you wanna hit 4-450 hp with an auto.
