Ugh..I'm an idiot...
Alright so I was reading through the electronic sections yesterday and apparently didnt read enough. I tried to hardwire my radar that i had sitting in my room for shits and giggles so i went though the top where the dome lights are. I tried to splice the green wire with the white stripe for the sunroof and grounded it to a bolt. The radar didnt work and when i looked at the dash, all of a sudden it doesnt light up now and the gauges dont work either. I thought I blew a fuse so i checked most of them and they look fine.
I know I did something wrong, but any advice or suggestions to fix this problem?

Yeah yeah I know
No idea what year/model yours is. This info is for 07 TL.
It's gotta be fuses. Ok for interior lighting, check these fuses:
Under hood fuse/relay box
1) #22 (120A)
2) #15 (40A)
3) #4 (10A)
Under Dash fuse/relay box
1) #6 (7.5A)

Ok ok, so I found the fuse, turned out to be the second to last fuse out of all of em
So i went though like 50 fuses for nothing
Anyways, it worked fine the first three times but then when i turned my car off, all of the lights stayed on and the clock was flickering...so now I dont know what the problem could be. Maybe loose connections or something? Idk...All I know is the car was off, the dash lights were lit up and the car didnt react to any of the buttons on the keyfob..

Ballin?!!! WTF!!!!! haha, naw I had a similar problem with lights staying on and the keyfob not working. I drove to autozone with my other car to get some fuses and what nott. But it turned out that there was a loose connection.
Try this, remove your splice from the green/white wire, and see if that fixes it.
Do what I did and just run a telephone wire down the A pillar and into the fuse box, then just get an Add-A-Fuse and install a fuse into one of the blank fuse holder spots. Ground out to the grounding screw thats already there located behind the driver side kick panel. And you are good to go!
BTW: What kinda RD you got? Lemme know when you get the Rockblocker too. Was Priority mailed to you.

The Radar Detector is just an old one lying around, Cobra XRS-777, I got it for like $150, so its not some expensive one but works hella good

Haha yeah yeah I fixed it. I replaced a 7.5amp fuse that was blown and then went and rewired everything so no loose connections and now it doesnt seem like I have any more problems
