KAHTEC One Touch Smart Lane Changer

Anyone know which wires from the stalk feed the turn signals? Haynes Manual says the Red/Blue and White wires and an online diagram said Orange/White and Black/Light Green. Problem is (if you've ever taken off the steering column cover) that there are multiple wire bundles routed to the steering wheel with those exact same wire color combinations. First, I unplugged the green connector going directly into the signal stalk but the signals still worked. Unplugged white connector at very top of column, signals still worked. All other connections are on the ignition side and doubt they will be of help. Process of elimination on each individual wire (in July heat) would take hours of "guess work" plus since I would need the power connected to test connections with my multimeter, I run the risk of tapping the wrong wire and setting off the airbag. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

There is some irony to it tho...

too lazy to lightly hold the stalk down/depress it but motivated enough to tear apart steering column and possibly setting off air bag.

lol

It's like the extra 0.4N of force it would take to fully depress the turn signal stalk is too much. It takes more twisting force to remove the steering column screws that putting on your turn signal.

I mean, I get it...newer cars have the one tap blinker function, which is super cool.
although, i find the light sequence to be too short to be of any use..
