Hey I just e-mailed Versus Motorsport and they said the bodykit for the 3G TL is in stock and ready to be shipped!

Does anyone have this bodykit already?

Last I heard a member on this forum ordered one but it got cancelled due to a crack. Any update?

I want that CF lip. That would give me the Lip, Benz-z's CF engine cover, and then a CF hood. All I need now is a CF Trunk lid and/or a CF Spoiler.

i think im gonna get the CF deck lid...i have a thread about making Cf PArts...i was getting a CF deck lid made but it was an overlay and due to the shortage of CF this other company wasnt taking special orders for a month or so...since versus has the CF deck lid i think im just gonna get that and wait to get a CF a spec lip made...thanks for the info lookinco and datmrman

All of these are pictured...look at pic 2 and 3...CF lip in 2, CF hood in 3...I know, they aren't close up, detailed pics, but they're still there.

My question is what's the difference between 1 and 3 in the above list?

Once you select Acura.. TL.. 2004-2007, you'll see that currently, there are no pics for th CF parts.

I just bought a 2006 Acura TL/auto/navi. But I just found out that they are changing the look of the TL for the 2007 model??? this sucks...if I knew i would have waited for the new body..does anyone know what it will look like..hopefully not as good as the 2006. send pic if anyone has them. thanks.

Heys Sorry for the dumb question, but whats the different between the versus motorsport rear bumper lip compared to the OEM aspec rear bumper lip??

Front difference is obvious....sides are the same as a-spec I am sure...the rear appears to be an a-spec bumper that has been vented if you look at the black area on the bumper.....just my guess though.

The versus side skirts appear to be one piece unlike the aspec version.

I Think the Ron Jon kit looks better. But it good to see other kits are available.

I definitely like the front and side skirts from the RonJon kit, but the back piece is the only thing I'm not liking. When looking at the kit from the side the rear bumper for some reason doesnt look smooth the groove on the side is too much i think.

Thats why I'm trying to see what other kits are out because I'm thinking of get the front and sides from Ron, and hopefully find a comparable rear bumper somewhere else.

DAMNIT!!! Does Versus offer to paint them or would I need to find a shop here? I am debating between this and the A-spec kit...

I think I am personally going to go with the A-spec. If you order the Versus, be sure to get it unpainted. You will want to fit the kit first, then take it to a local paint shop and either have them paint it with it on the car (bad Idea), or pull it back off and let them paint it off the car. I know Rons kits are well made and fit well from the mold, but alot of companys will have thick spots in the molds, and they will not line up well, both with fiberglass and urathane. That is why I suggest fitting it first. Ran into that problem on a previous car. I was sponsored by Wings West, so they wouldnt ship the parts with out them being painted, well the back didn't fit all that well, and I had to fit it. That jacked the paint up and I had to go back and fix the paint. So not fun. Good Luck!!

Reconfirmed....body kit available for shipment. Actually...I was calling on front end and hood. Hood...no go...forget it. 50% nonrefundable deposit and they wont give you any delivery date. BUT....BODY KIT IN STOCK READY TO GO.

I've been looking at the front end part also, along with the CF hood. But that last comment has me second guessing the hood. I'm might still be in for the front end.

I wonder if that front bumper is small enough to ship UPS Ground. It will have to be oversize 3, which will be about $95 shipped.

...You know what? Fcuk it. I'm gonna order the front bumper. My radiator needs more direct airflow now thats its summertime.

The supercharger is producing too much heat. Need the front air dam.

Cut back, huh? That doesn't sound like fun, but you've got to do what you've got to do. I think it will look great on your car (I remember the photoshops that someone did a while back).

And that directly relates to your question...didn't get them...I've put all mods on hold for now. I decided I want a new house, so no more toys for me, just saving . It's against my nature, so it's very hard. Of couse, I'm not even sure if I'm going to keep the car anymore, either, but that bridge is about 4 years away.

Well it appears I may have been the one to put them on back order. My fiance ordered the kit for me and it just came in today. I'm gonna call around for a place to paint and install for me. Hopefully I can get it going this weekend.

Anyone in PHX AZ have any recommendations for a shop? I want it done right. Any recommendations is greatly appreciated!
