This is a story of how my car came to be:
I originally placed an order on a ABP/Quartz with Navi at Stevens Creek Acura in San Jose, Ca.

So I call on Friday to check on how my car is comming along and George at Stevens Creek tells me that my car will be deliverd to their dealership by the end of February. He told me that they just received a ABP/Camel/Navi that they are just unloading from the truck and asked me if I wanted to check the car out.

Well since this was not my color choice of interior I figured what the heck, I have nothing to lose by checking it out (as if you guys don't know where this story heading). So I swing by Saturday afternoon to check out the ABP/Camel, still with all its Interior plastic and outer wrappings from the transportation to thier dealership, and 4 miles on the Odometer.

Well you can guess what happened next? Bingo... I fell in love with the camel Interior more so than the quartz, I knew right there and then that this was the color combo for me. So with a couple of signitures to officially make the car mine, I took it home and is sitting in my driveway.

Props to George Zimmerer at Stevens Creek Acura for taking care of me since day one. Very Proffessional, no Bull, & upfront.

 

congrats man..waiting for my ABP quartz..if my dealer placed me in that situation, I would have to ask for a couple $$ off since its not my first choice. hey nothing wrong with asking right? thats how I got a such a deal on a TSX and TL

 

Boy, did you make a big mistake.
Calling to check on your on-order car that is.
I made the same mistake btw.
Stopped by dealer to check status of my AM/Quartz 5AT/Navi that was due in a few weeks. Got blinded by ABP/Quartz that had just come in and been detailed.

Congrats Mario ... I got the EXACT same car w/ A-Spec ... I'm waiting for the dealer to finish adding all the options and tint the windows ... but i'm getting ansey waiting for the damn thing.
