TL project

I'm looking for a project to do. So I was wondering if i can change the interior of my 05 TL. I have a tan interior and i want to make it black (from back seats, to carpet, to front seats, etc). Please don't give me sarcastic answers, I'm still a noob lol

unless you can find someone who has a black interior that is parting out their car it can get really expensive...

Of course you can. It'll be costly and time consuming if you do it yourself. More expensive if you have a shop do it for you.

Before you ask, all 04-08 interiors are interchangeable. Have fun with your project.

start checking the junk yards. people with black interior tend to hang on to it.

I did the swap before on my last one...ended up just painting the top liner & bottom carpet with black vinyl/carpet paint from AutoZone before I was just gonna throw away the old ended up coming out real good & I just kept it that way...took like 6 cans at around $6 a piece...ill look for a pic...didnt look bad at all but I since sold the car & got another so im not sure of the effects of longevity...
