Well, I finally bit and bought an '04 TL last Thursday, in large part due to the very helpful folks and information on this forum. I look forward to being able to contribute in the future.
Also, I'm curious...the car I was driving before was a Tercel DX: no power steering, no thing, and only 95 HP. Now I have an Anthracite/ebony 6MT w/NAVI. I cannot explain it entirely...it's like an alternate universe!
It seems like I see a lot more cops about too...I wonder why?
Thanks again!

Yeah, I've already had a fill-up. Yikes!
But...I knew that was part of the deal. The increase in the pride of my ride is more than worth it's price in gas!

wow...tercels...i havent seen one of those in like a decade. i remember one of the models didnt even have a side mirror and it couldnt get up a hill when it had more than 2 people. i've never driven then because i was only like 7 or 8 but i remember they were tiny and fugly
I figured it had to be one of the biggest leaps.
I remember a time, whild driving in San Francisco, where I went into a panic when I almost didn't get up a hill on Divisidero. That was a truly frightening experience.
