need help on input/opinion on purchase...

hello fellas.... need some help deciding and wanted to know if you all can help me out... ive narrowed down my search for TL-s to 2 cars

'07 NBP/black interior TL-S CPO (acura dealer)
$26,350 OTD 40k miles
1 owner... carfax good
interior/exterior in great condition...
extras (all weather trunk mat, color match splash guard)

'07 KBP/grey interior TL-S non-CPO (but from a dealer)
$28,150 OTD 26k miles
1 owner... carfax good
no extras... but has scuff marks on rear bumper, dealer says they will repaint before sale and armrest indented from wear and tear.

i dont mind either one... just wanted to know some of your inputs/opinions... thanks in advance

I know you say you have it narrowed down to two cars, but here are some others in your area -

One of your options looks like it may be listed here and/or there are a couple that are close to what you have described.
For me personally I usually prefer the car with the lower mileage. If you are hung up on the fact that the KBP is a non-CPO, talk with the dealer and see if they will certify it. It's tough to solicit opinions without pics of the damage you mention.

I agree...see if you can get the blue Type S certified. My first inclination is to go for the lower mileage car too. But Acura/Honda's will run for a long time.

thank you fellas for the feedback...

both the cars i mentioned were sold

i found another 1 WDP 2007 this time it is Certified Pre-owned from an acura dealer...
26kmiles

sticker price is $28,995
internet price is $27,995

gave me a price of $27,500

with all said and done with transfer tag it would come out to $30,212 OTD

this time i left a refundable deposit to hold the car just in case....

sounds like a good deal? i have till monday to take delivery.

once again any help/input would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

^ If it's a Type-S I think you should take it. The miles are low and it's a CPO vehicle You could probably bring the price down a little more, can't hurt to try.

thanks guys... yes i forgot to mention its a type-s. they wont budge since CPO type-s are a rarity and in demand... so i was told. and yes the milage is a factor... 26kmiles is low for a 2007. so that is a plus...

Jump on the Type S...it's a good price-you won't regret it.
