Alright who was driving a black TL with rims, on the Van Wyck Expressway, I think you were coming from JFK because I think I saw your ass there and you were going slow, probably waiting for that green Maxima. Then like 10 minutes later you blow by me and I'm trying to tail you and you and I and your buddy in a green Max are weaving. Then two more maxima's the older gen show up and nearly crash.

But whatever bro, just curious to know who you are, and wanted to say nice ride.

 

I would hope whoever it was doesn't tell you because it sounds like they were being a little stupid on the freeway.

No, he we wasn't doing anything rediculous, it was two older gen Maximas that were just roaming around who almost rear ended his friend.

Why would you try to keep your distance from me, I always excercise caution when I drive, I just wanted wanted to see who he was.

oh my god... we bought the car for one of the reasons being because there fast... i can almost guarantee you 100% of the people on this forum have "raced" or floored it on a road.. unless you got grandchildren

Hoopz87, sure the car is fast but it is also a luxury sedan and those who buy it as a luxury car and choose not to mod it, feel as if it should be driven a certain way. Plus, there are plenty of other fast cars out there. But TLs are the s*it.

If a man wants to drive fast, let him be. To each his own. You can't tell a man how to drive. Plus, if you aren't flying down the expressway in a TL, I doubt another TL would tail you and try and catch up. Anyways, enough rambling...

Same here.. but its always a guy in a business suit that doesnt really care or an old lady... Ive passed many TLs but never have gotten sighted... maybe one day lol

I had a few TLers trying to 'show' themselves in Brooklyn.....I ignore that...I just don't enjoy erratic driving just to get noticed....pull at the light and chat...no need for the engine revving , lol.

When a TL passes me I always keep up with it or follow it for a bit unless I see the driver is older, its nice to drive around with someone with the same ride, I think it looks pretty cool.

 

Actually this one time I was near a black TL with MASS plates I saw his Injen plate bracket and I let him hear my intake, he gave me a big surprise.
